A Bug's Life 2 is a 2017 Disney & Pixar Film which is the sequel to the 1998 Disney & Pixar film A Bug's Life.
Plot
Although the story line is still in the works, our source tells us it has to do with Ant Island being washed away in a severe flood, and they have to migrate and rebuild in a new location.
Sequel
Pixar announces in 2012, they will be making a sequel in 2017. It will be all about Flik and his new friends Queen Atta and Princess Dot going on a long adventure.

For example, Roddy McDowell, the first original voice of Mr. Soil, had died from lung cancer at the age of 70 back on September 17, 1998.
Madeline Kahn, the first original voice of Gypsy, had died from ovarian cancer at the age of 57 back on December 3, 1999.
Jonathan Harris, the first original voice of Manny had died from a blood clot at the age of 87 back on November 3, 2002.
The great and talented Joe Ranft, the first original voice of Heimlich, had died in a car accident at the age of 45 back on August 16, 2005, so Hannibal Buress will be the new voice of Heimlich.
Alex Rocco, the first original voice of Thorny, had died from pancreatic cancer at the age of 79 back on July 18, 2015.
And Phyllis Diller, the first original voice of the Ant Queen, had died from complications of a heart attack at the age of 95 back on August 20, 2012.
As for Hayden Panettiere, she will not reprise her role as Dot because her voice performance is now an adult.
So Emily Hahn, who voiced Bonnie Anderson from Toy Story 3, will be the voice of Dot in the sequel.
